Anti-CTNNB1 (phospho Y333) Antibody

The unconjugated IgG antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is provided affinity purified. The reported molecular weight of the target is 85 kDa. The immunogen is a phospho-specific peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Y333 of human beta Catenin, and the product is supplied with one scientific validation image.

For Western blotting, the recommended dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000; concentration is lot specific. The reagent is shipped at 4°C, and on receipt should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
