Anti-CTNNB1 (phospho T41 + S45) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies from Antibodies.com targeting the doubly phosphorylated form of β-catenin recognize CTNNB1 when both threonine 41 and serine 45 are phosphorylated. These N-terminal phospho-sites are added by GSK-3β (at T41) and CK1α (at S45) and label β-catenin for ubiquitin-dependent proteasomal turnover, making this reagent useful for studying Wnt pathway regulation, the β-catenin destruction complex, and downstream effects on cell adhesion and TCF/LEF-mediated transcription.

The unconjugated rabbit IgG antibody is supplied as 50 µl of polyclonal serum and is validated for western blot across human, mouse, and rat samples, supporting work in Wnt-driven signaling, colorectal and hepatocellular carcinoma biology, and stem-cell maintenance.
