Anti-CTNNB1 (phospho S552) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against beta Catenin (also known as CTNNB1) phosphorylated at Ser552. It is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, and has been validated for Western blot (WB) applications with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphorylated peptide surrounding S552 of human beta Catenin (NP_001091679), with the reported immunogen sequence RTSMG. The target protein has a molecular weight of 106 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography.

For Western blot, a recommended working dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is suggested. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
