Anti-CTNNB1 (phospho S45) Antibody

This polyclonal antibody, supplied by Antibodies.com, is raised in rabbit and targets CTNNB1 (beta Catenin) phosphorylated at Ser45. It is of the IgG isotype and supplied unconjugated, validated for western blotting (WB) with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphorylated peptide centred on Ser45 of human CTNNB1 (NP_001091679), corresponding to the sequence APSLS. The antibody is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. The target protein migrates at approximately 92 kDa. For western blotting, a recommended working dilution range of 1:500 to 1:2,000 is suggested.
