Anti-CTNNB1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against CTNNB1 (beta-Catenin). It is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and reactive with human and mouse samples. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 650–750 of human β-Catenin (NP_001895.1). The reagent is purified by affinity chromatography and supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

Recommended applications are Western blot (1:500–1:1,000), immunohistochemistry (1:50–1:200) and immunoprecipitation (1:500–1:1,000), with an expected molecular weight of 100 kDa for the target. According to the supplier, the antibody is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C on receipt, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The product is designated for research use only.
