Anti-CTNNA1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com comes this Rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against α-Catenin (CTNNA1), a key regulator of cadherin-mediated cell–cell adhesion and actin cytoskeleton dynamics. The antibody is supplied as an unconjugated, affinity-purified IgG preparation in a 50 µl volume, validated by the manufacturer for Western Blotting and Immunohistochemistry, and demonstrated to be Knockout Validated in 293T cells. It is produced in rabbit and detects an endogenous band of approximately 115 kDa on Western blots, with recommended dilutions of 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC. Reactivity has been confirmed across Human, Mouse and Rat samples, and the immunogen corresponds to a recombinant fusion protein spanning amino acids 637–906 of human α-Catenin (NP_001894.2), a region that is highly conserved between species.
