Anti-CTLA4 Antibody [KT50]

From Antibodies.com, this Mouse monoclonal antibody targets CTLA4 and is identified as clone KT50 with an IgG2a isotype. The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in liquid form, generated against recombinant human CTLA-4, and purified through a Protein A column. It is validated for ELISA and Western blot applications and reacts with human samples.

The formulation consists of phosphate buffered saline containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.09% sodium azide. Recommended working dilutions are 1 µg/ml for ELISA and 1/500–1/10,000 for Western blot. Cross-reactivity data indicate sequence identity of 67% with mouse, 29% with rat, 83% with pig and 98% with Cynomolgus monkey orthologs.

The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
