Anti-CTLA4 Antibody

The IgG antibody is raised in rabbit and validated for Western Blot (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC), with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. It was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 36-161 of human CD152/CTLA-4 (NP_005205.2), and the target has a molecular weight of 30 kDa. The antibody is affinity purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. Recommended working dilutions are 1:100-1:500 for WB and 1:50-1:200 for IHC. Two scientific validation images are available.
