Description
A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting CTLA4, supplied by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for western blotting and shows reactivity with human, mouse, and rat samples. It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 49-223 of human CTLA4 (NP_005205.2).
The antibody is affinity purified and provided as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. The target protein has a molecular weight of 36 kDa. Recommended western blot dilutions are 1:500 to 1:2,000.
Storage instructions specify shipping at 4°C, with aliquoting and storage at -20°C upon delivery, and avoidance of freeze/thaw cycles.
