Anti-CTHRC1 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal IgG reagent from Antibodies.com targets human Collagen Triple Helix Repeat Containing 1 (CTHRC1), a secreted glycoprotein linked to extracellular matrix remodeling, cancer-associated fibroblast activation, and tumor–stroma signaling. Supplied as 200 µl of unconjugated liquid, the antibody supports immunoblotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and flow cytometry (FC) on human samples.

CTHRC1 is widely used as a fibroblast and stromal marker in cancer research, with published investigations in gastric, colorectal, breast, and pancreatic tumors as well as in wound healing and fibrosis models. The polyclonal IgG reagent recognizes the full-length CTHRC1 protein in cell lysates under reducing western blot conditions, in fixed tissue sections by IHC, and through intracellular staining for FC.
