Anti-CTH Antibody

This polyclonal primary antibody is raised in rabbit by Antibodies.com and targets Cystathionase/CTH. It is of the IgG isotype and supplied unconjugated. The reagent has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and immunoprecipitation (IP), with recommended dilutions of 1:100–1:500 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF and 1:100–1:500 for IP. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–405 of human Cystathionase/CTH (NP_001893.2).

Reactivity has been demonstrated with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and has been affinity purified. The reported molecular weight of the target is 45 kDa. It is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
