Anti-CTDSPL2 Antibody

Raised in rabbit against the human CTDSPL2 nuclear phosphatase (CTD small phosphatase-like 2; also called SCP4, CTDSP-like 2, HSPC058, or HSPC129), this polyclonal IgG reagent from Antibodies.com detects the endogenous protein in both human and mouse samples. CTDSPL2 dephosphorylates the carboxyl-terminal domain of RNA polymerase II and has been linked in published studies to transcriptional regulation, cell-cycle progression, and tumour biology, with two alternatively spliced human isoforms reported for the gene (UniProt accession Q05D32).

The antibody is supplied unconjugated as a 100 µl vial of liquid polyclonal sera, a format that lets laboratories pair the primary reagent with their own HRP-conjugated, fluorophore-conjugated, or biotinylated secondary antibody for western blot and flow cytometry workflows.
