Anti-CTCFL Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent, this rabbit polyclonal antibody of the IgG isotype was raised against CTCFL — the manufacturer data also refers to the target as BORIS. It is supplied unconjugated as an affinity-purified liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. The reagent is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted upon delivery, then stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.

Validated for Western blot (WB) applications at a recommended dilution range of 1:500-1:1,000, the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 291-370 of human CTCFL (NP_542185.2), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 83 kDa.
