Anti-CtBP2 (P432) Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent, this unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises CtBP2 (P432). It is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications, and it reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 400-450 of human CtBP2 and detects endogenous levels of the CtBP2 protein. The reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. It is provided at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The CtBP2 target protein has a reported molecular weight of approximately 48.0 kDa.
