Anti-CTBP2 Antibody

The antibody is generated using a fusion protein corresponding to residues near the C-terminus of human CTBP2 as the immunogen, then purified by antigen affinity chromatography and supplied unconjugated at a concentration of 0.8 mg/mL in PBS (pH 7.3) containing 0.05% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It is provided as a 100 µL aliquot and is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows; in-house validation data show detection on 8% SDS-PAGE using 40 µg of PC3 cell lysate at a 1/300 primary dilution with a 1/8000 secondary dilution and a 2-minute exposure, together with clean staining on paraffin-embedded human breast cancer tissue at a 1/25 dilution.
