Anti-CTBP1 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal primary antibody, supplied by Antibodies.com, is raised against CTBP1 and validated for Western blot (WB) applications, with manufacturer-recommended dilutions of 1:500–1:2,000. The unconjugated IgG reagent was generated in rabbit using a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 20–250 of human CtBP1 (NP_001319.1) as the immunogen, and it is reported to react with Human and Mouse samples. The target protein has a molecular weight of 48 kDa.

The antibody is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography, with a lot-specific concentration. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
