Anti-CtBP1 (Ab-422) Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against the C-terminal-binding protein 1 (CtBP1), a transcriptional corepressor involved in chromatin remodeling and gene regulation. The immunogen is a synthesized non-phosphopeptide derived from human CtBP1 surrounding the serine 422 phosphorylation region (A-P-S-P-G), and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of total CtBP1 protein. It is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume, formulated as Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4, with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol as stabilizers. The conjugate is unconjugated, and the clonality is polyclonal, making it well suited for standard immunodetection workflows.
