Anti-CTAG1B Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against CTAG1B and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). The unconjugated IgG antibody is generated in rabbit and prepared by affinity purification. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The target protein has a molecular weight of 20 kDa. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:1,000 and IHC: 1:50–1:200. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1–100 of human NY-ESO-1 (UniProt P78358). The concentration is lot specific. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
