Anti-CSTF2T Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises the CSTF2T target and is supplied as a liquid preparation in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The unconjugated IgG reagent has been validated for western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications and reacts with human and mouse samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 420–560 of human CSTF2T (NP_056050.1), and the target has a reported molecular weight of 70 kDa. The antibody is affinity purified. Recommended working dilutions are WB 1:1,000–1:2,000, IHC 1:50–1:200, and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
