Anti-CSTF1 Antibody

Affinity-purified polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit against CSTF1, offered by Antibodies.com within their primary antibodies range. The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), the antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen was a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–220 of human CSTF1 (NP_001315.1), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 50 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:100–1:200 for IHC. The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Antibody concentration is reported as lot specific.
