Anti-CSTA Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets Cystatin A (CSTA) and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and ELISA on Human and Rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–98 of human Cystatin A, and the antibody is purified by affinity chromatography.

The product is supplied in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for IHC-P and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. It is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The predicted molecular weight of the target protein is 11 kDa.
