Anti-CST6 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against CST6, offered by Antibodies.com within the Primary Antibodies range. The unconjugated IgG reagent is produced in rabbit and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications on human samples. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified.

The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 29–149 of human CST6 (NP_001314.1), and recognises a target with a molecular weight of 15 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C on arrival, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
