Description
A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against CST1, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated primary antibody for Western blot (WB) applications. The antibody is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, and the host species is Rabbit.
The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in Human CST1, and the reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of CST1 protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The target has a molecular weight of ~16 kDa. The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
