Anti-CST1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to Cystatin SN/CST1, offered by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent validated for Western blot. The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 20-141 of human CST1 (NP_001889.2) and is purified by affinity chromatography.

It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and reacts with human samples. The target protein has a molecular weight of 16 kDa. A recommended working dilution range of 1:500-1:2,000 is suggested for Western blot applications. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
