This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com recognizes CSRP2BP, a nuclear component of the ATAC histone acetyltransferase complex that supports chromatin remodeling and transcriptional activation in mammalian cells. The antibody is supplied as 100 µl at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, with a working format tested for western blot and immunohistochemistry on human, mouse, and rat samples.

CSRP2BP — also annotated in gene databases as ATAC2 — operates within the Ada-Two-A-Containing complex to acetylate histones H3 and H4, connecting it to cardiac myocyte differentiation, stress responses in cardiomyocytes, and developmental gene-expression programs. Investigators studying epigenetic writers, nuclear cofactors, or cardiac hypertrophy biology use this antibody to track endogenous CSRP2BP in whole-cell lysates and in fixed tissue sections.

Because the reagent is unconjugated, it can be paired with a secondary antibody of the user's choice for chromogenic detection, fluorescence microscopy, or signal-amplification chemistries. The polyclonal host response (rabbit) targets multiple epitopes across CSRP2BP, which is helpful when working with both denatured western blot samples and formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded IHC sections.
