Anti-CSRP2BP Antibody

Offered through Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against CSRP2BP and supplied unconjugated with an IgG isotype. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and, according to different manufacturer sources, additionally for immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). Reactivity is reported against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The target protein has a reported molecular weight of approximately 89 kDa. One manufacturer describes the immunogen as a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 523–782 of human CSRP2BP (NP_065397.3). The antibody is purified by affinity chromatography, with purity reported as greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. Recommended starting dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200.

Formulations differ slightly between sources: one describes the product as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, while another reports 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. Storage guidance is to ship at 4°C, then aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
