Anti-CSRP1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against CSRP1 (cysteine and glycine rich protein 1), supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated primary antibody. It is validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunocytochemistry (ICC) and immunoprecipitation (IP), and the host species is rabbit with a polyclonal clonality. The reagent is formulated at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 88-133 of human CSRP1, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of CSRP1 protein in human, mouse and rat samples. CSRP1 is mapped to chromosome 1, is predicted to localise intracellularly and shows enhanced tissue expression in the seminal vesicle. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a reported purity greater than 95% as assessed by SDS-PAGE, and the target migrates at approximately 23 kDa.
