The CSRP1 protein (Cysteine and Glycine Rich Protein 1) is a LIM-domain scaffolding factor that participates in cytoskeletal remodeling, smooth muscle cell differentiation, and stress fiber assembly. It is widely expressed across human, mouse, and rat tissues and has been investigated in vascular biology, cardiac development, and tumor cell migration studies.
Produced by Antibodies.com as a rabbit polyclonal reagent, this unconjugated primary antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The 100 µl vial is suitable for research use only, supporting Western blot, immunohistochemistry, immunocytochemistry, and immunoprecipitation workflows.
Store at -20°C in working aliquots to limit freeze-thaw cycles, and protect from light when not in use.
