Anti-CSRP1 Antibody

A polyclonal rabbit antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against CSRP1 (cysteine and glycine-rich protein 1) and supplied as an unconjugated IgG in liquid form. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-193 of human CSRP1 (NP_004069.1), and the antibody has been affinity-purified. The target protein has a molecular weight of 21 kDa.

Validated for Western blot, immunoprecipitation (IP) and RNA immunoprecipitation (RIP), the reagent reacts with human and mouse samples. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500-1:2,000, IP 1:50-1:200 and RIP 1:20-1:50. The product is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide; it is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is lot-specific.
