Anti-Csk (phospho-S364) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Csk phosphorylated at Serine 364, supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for Western blot applications. The unconjugated reagent is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, and detects endogenous levels of Csk protein only when phosphorylated at Ser364.

It is raised against a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Csk around the phosphorylation site of Serine 364, and is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of > 95% (by SDS-PAGE). The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2, and the target protein has a molecular weight of ~ 50 kDa.
