Anti-CSK Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human CSK (C-Src kinase, also known as protein-tyrosine kinase CYL and tyrosine-protein kinase CSK) and detects endogenous levels of the total CSK protein. The unconjugated antibody of the IgG isotype is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. Verified applications include Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and reactivity has been confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples. The antibody is shipped on cold packs at 4 °C; upon arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve performance.
