Anti-Csk Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for signal-transduction research, this reagent is a mouse monoclonal raised against C-Src kinase (Csk), produced using recombinant full-length human Csk as the immunogen and affinity-purified from mouse ascites to greater than 95% purity by SDS-PAGE. The antibody is supplied as an unconjugated, purified IgG preparation at the 50 µl pack size, formulated in 0.1 M Tris-Glycine buffer at pH 7.4 containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.2% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. Validated applications on the supplier datasheet are Western blotting (WB) and immunocytochemistry (ICC), with a predicted and observed target band of approximately 50 kDa; reactivity is confirmed for human and rat samples, while the reagent does not cross-react with related kinases. It is intended for research use only and is shipped on cold pack from St. Louis, MO with a typical lead time of 7–10 business days; for long-term integrity the vial should be stored at –20 °C in aliquots to limit freeze/thaw cycles. Compatible Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L secondaries are offered separately in AP, biotin, FITC and HRP conjugates to support downstream detection.
