Anti-CSK Antibody

It is supplied unconjugated in liquid form, with the IgG isotype, and has been validated for use in Western blot (WB) applications, with immunofluorescence (IF) also reported by the supplier. The antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen used to generate this reagent is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–200 of human CSK, with a predicted molecular weight of 51 kDa. Affinity purification is used in its preparation, and the antibody is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1 µg/ml for ELISA.
