Anti-CSH1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against CSH1 and reactive with human samples. The reagent is of the IgG isotype and supplied unconjugated as a liquid preparation.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 27-217 of human CSH1, and the antibody has been purified by affinity chromatography. It is validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC-P) and ELISA, with a recommended IHC-P dilution range of 1:50-1:100. The formulation is phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The predicted molecular weight of the target is 25 kDa. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
