Anti-CSFR (Phospho-Tyr708) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting CSFR (Phospho-Tyr708), available from Antibodies.com. The unconjugated antibody is raised in rabbits and validated for Western blotting applications with human samples, and is supported by a scientific validation image.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide with the sequence around the phosphorylation site of tyrosine 708 (K-K-Y(p)-V-R), derived from human CSFR. The antibody detects endogenous levels of CSF1R only when phosphorylated at tyrosine 708. Antibodies were produced by immunizing rabbits with synthetic phosphopeptide-KLH conjugates and purified by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific phosphopeptide, with non-phospho-specific antibodies removed by chromatography on the non-phosphopeptide. The preparation is supplied in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL.

For Western blotting, a recommended dilution range of 1:500 to 1:1000 is suggested. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
