CSF3 (Colony Stimulating Factor 3), commonly called G-CSF, is a hematopoietic cytokine that drives the production, differentiation, and mobilization of neutrophil-lineage cells in the bone marrow. This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against the CSF3 target and validated for Western Blot detection in human, mouse, and rat samples.
The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and is provided as a single-use 100 µL vial. Researchers use it to probe endogenous CSF3 expression in cell lysates and tissue homogenates prepared under inflammatory, infectious, or myelopoietic conditions.
For optimal stability, the antibody should be kept refrigerated, protected from light, and handled carefully to limit freeze-thaw cycles. This reagent is intended for research use only and supports studies of granulopoiesis, cytokine biology, and innate immune regulation.
