Anti-CSF3 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to G-CSF (CSF3), supplied unconjugated by Antibodies.com as an IgG isotype reagent validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows. The antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, supporting cross-species studies of granulocyte colony-stimulating factor.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 30-207 of human CSF3 (NP_000750.1). The target migrates at a molecular weight of 22 kDa. The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, and has been affinity purified. Recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:1,000 and IHC: 1:50-1:200.

For storage, the antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
