Anti-CSF2RA Antibody

Designed for routine detection of the granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor receptor subunit alpha (CSF2RA, also known as CD116, GM-CSF-Rα or GMR-α), this polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and supplied as an unconjugated, liquid IgG preparation. It is offered in a 50 µL aliquot at 1 mg/mL, formulated in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant, and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) on human samples. The antibody detects endogenous levels of CSF2RA protein, and the polyclonal pool is generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to conserved residues of the human target. For short-term use, vials can be kept refrigerated at 2–8 °C; for long-term storage, the recommended condition is -20 °C in small working aliquots to limit freeze/thaw cycles.
