Anti-CSF2 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets CSF2, also referred to as GM-CSF. The reagent is supplied as a liquid, unconjugated IgG preparation. It is validated for Western blot and immunofluorescence applications, including immunocytochemistry (ICC/IF). The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1–100 of human CSF2 (NP_000749.2). The target has a reported molecular weight of 16 kDa, and concentration is lot specific. The formulation is Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. The antibody has been purified by affinity chromatography. For storage, the product is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF.
