Anti-CSF1R Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting CSF-1-R, offered by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG preparation raised in rabbit. The reagent is validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications and shows reactivity with human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 900–1000 of human CD115/CSF-1R (P07333). The antibody has a reported molecular weight range of 150 – 190 kDa and is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. Purification is performed by affinity chromatography. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:1,000 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200.
