Anti-CSF1 Antibody

This Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets CSF1 (also known as M-CSF, macrophage colony stimulating factor). The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence on human samples, and was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 33–190 of human CSF1 (NP_757351.1).

Supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, the antibody is purified by affinity chromatography. The target protein has a molecular weight of 60 kDa. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for Western blot, 1:50–1:200 for immunohistochemistry, and 1:20–1:50 for immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence. It is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
