Anti-CSDE1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting CSDE1 (also referred to as CSDE1/NRU), supplied by Antibodies.com. The antibody is produced in rabbit, is of IgG isotype, and is unconjugated. It is reactive with Human and Mouse samples and is validated for WB, ICC/IF and IP applications.

According to the manufacturer, the immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 369-600 of human CSDE1 (NP_009089.4). The product is supplied as a liquid at a lot-specific concentration, in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, and has been purified by affinity purification. The reported molecular weight is 89 kDa. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500-1:1,000, ICC/IF 1:50-1:200, and IP 1:20-1:50. The antibody is KO validated. It is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
