Anti-CS Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this polyclonal reagent targets citrate synthase (CS) and is supplied as a 50 µl aliquot at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. The antibody was raised in Rabbit against a recombinant human CS immunogen and was affinity-purified using the same immunogen, ensuring high specificity for the endogenous CS protein. It is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, making it compatible with a wide range of secondary antibody detection systems. Validated applications include Western Blot (WB) and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and the reagent has been confirmed to react with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.
