Description
From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is raised in rabbit as a polyclonal reagent targeting CS. The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF), and it reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.
The immunogen used is recombinant full length Human CS, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of CS protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol, and recognises CS at an observed molecular weight of ~45, 51 kDa. The reagent is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a reported purity of >95% by SDS-PAGE.
