Anti-CRYZ Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets Quinone oxidoreductase (CRYZ), also known as NADPH:quinone reductase and Zeta-crystallin. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The reagent is supplied unconjugated as a liquid preparation.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-329 of human CRYZ (NP_001123514.1), and the antibody is purified by affinity chromatography. It is provided in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. The reported molecular weight is 37 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for WB and 1:50-1:200 for ICC/IF.

The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
