Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against Cryopyrin (also known as NLRP3) and is designed to detect endogenous levels of the protein across a range of sample types. The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human Cryopyrin, and the antibody was purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen. The 50 µl vial is supplied at 1 mg/mL in a liquid PBS formulation containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, and is unconjugated, allowing flexible integration into downstream detection workflows. The host species is rabbit, the clonality is polyclonal, and the recommended storage condition is –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided; the product is intended for research use only. Validated by the supplier for ELISA, Western blot (WB), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), the antibody shows reactivity with human, mouse and rat samples, making it suitable for cross-species studies of inflammasome biology, cryopyrin-associated periodic syndromes (CAPS) and related inflammatory signaling research. This breadth of validated applications, combined with the unconjugated format, allows investigators to pair the reagent with their own secondary antibodies and labeling chemistries for Western blotting, fixed-cell imaging, and tissue-section immunohistochemistry. Each lot is supplied by Antibodies.com with full technical documentation, supporting reproducible detection of endogenous Cryopyrin in cell lysates, tissue extracts and fixed specimens for life-science and translational research laboratories.
