Anti-CRYAA Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targets alpha A Crystallin (CRYAA) and is supplied unconjugated in liquid form. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and reacts with human, mouse, rat and zebrafish samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–173 of human CRYAA (NP_000385.1). The antibody is affinity purified, and the target protein has a molecular weight of 19 kDa. Recommended dilutions are 1:2,000–1:6,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF.

Formulation is phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The product is shipped at 4°C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. For research use only.
