Anti-CRY2 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting CRY2 (Cryptochrome-2), offered within the Antibodies.com Primary Antibodies range. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB), and certain formats are also validated for ICC/IF or IHC. Reactivity is reported against Human and/or Rat samples depending on the format.

The antibody is raised against recombinant human CRY2 fragments and supplied as a liquid in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol, preserved with either 0.01% thiomersal or 0.02% sodium azide. Purification is by affinity chromatography; reported molecular weights of the target are 67 kDa and 70 kDa; concentration is lot specific, with one format listed at 1.0 mg/mL.

Storage recommendations call for shipment at 4°C, aliquoting upon delivery, and storage at -20°C while avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. Recommended Western blot dilutions range from 1:100 to 1:1,000, and ICC/IF is recommended at 1:50-1:200.
