Anti-CRY1 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets Cryptochrome I (CRY1) and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications, reacting with human, mouse and rat samples. The unconjugated IgG antibody is supplied with two scientific validation images.

It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-255 of human CRY1 (NP_004066.1) and purified by affinity chromatography. The target protein has a molecular weight of 70 kDa. Supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, the antibody concentration is specified per lot.

The recommended dilution range for WB is 1:500-1:2,000. The antibody ships at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
