Anti-CRTC2 Antibody

This polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and targets CRTC2 (also referred to as TORC2). It is of the IgG isotype and supplied unconjugated, validated for Western blot (WB) applications.

The antibody reacts with Human samples according to the manufacturer's product sheet, while Antibodies.com additionally lists reactivity with Mouse and Rat. It is generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 16–126 of human CRTC2 (NP_859066.1).

The product is supplied as a liquid with a molecular weight of 73 kDa, in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and is purified by affinity chromatography. Concentration is reported as lot specific. The recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:100 to 1:500. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted upon delivery and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
